To turn on HDR (High Dynamic Range) on your iPhone’s camera simply click options and turn HDR on when in the camera app. HDR is best used when there’s a strong back light, for landscapes and portraits in sunlight. If you want vivid colours, a strong contrast or your objects are likely to move I would steer away from HDR.
