I do love the iOS designs although (being me) I prefer the looks of Android. The ‘realistic’ surfaces of iOS are nice, but always feel very cold and lacking personality in my opinion. Something about Android is warm and accepting. iOS and Android’s latest editions, ICS, have really created their own unique designs. Apple loves it’s chrome and wood like surfaces, that’s for sure! It’s like being in the kitchen. Maybe Apple will do kitchen’s next? iKitchen? Might copyright that…
Phew, was worried for a second there that the brushed wood UIs were going to go away.
